RFID READER WITH A COMPACITIVE TOUCH PEN

摘要

PURPOSE: An RFID(Radio Frequency ID) reader used as a pen is provided to allow a user to always carry an electrostatic touch pen by integrating the electrostatic touch pen with the RFID reader. CONSTITUTION: A non-conductive casing(110) can be held by hand and an electrostatic pen(114) is fixed to an end of the casing. An electrostatic supply unit(112) touches an outer surface of the electrostatic pen and is placed on a part of an outer surface of the casing. An RFID chip is installed in the casing and a strap(118) is connected with another end of the casing. The electrostatic supply unit is a conductive film attached to the outer surface of the casing or to plating applied to the outer surface of the casing. An area covered by the electrostatic supply unit is smaller than the remaining area.
