CONCRETE DIAMOND WIRE SAW APPARATUS AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A concrete structure cutting device and a method thereof are provided to perform cutting work simultaneously in vertical and horizontal directions without moving the concrete structure cutting device, thereby significantly reducing working hours and costs. CONSTITUTION: A concrete structure cutting device comprises an upper part horizontal frame(100), lateral part vertical supports(210,220), a wire saw machine, and a guide unit. The guide unit includes a horizontal guide roller unit(410) and a vertical guide roller unit(420). The horizontal guide roller unit guides a wire saw pulled by the wire saw machine into the lateral part vertical supports. The vertical guide roller unit successively cuts a concrete structure from the upper side to the lower side while the vertical guide roller unit successively guides the movement of the wire saw guided by the horizontal guide roller unit from the upper side to the lower side of the concrete structure, or the vertical guide roller unit cuts a concrete structure from the front side to the rear side of the concrete structure while the vertical guide roller unit successively guides the movement of the wire saw from the front side to the rear side.
