PURPOSE: A fermentation device for grain is provided to make aerobic fermentation because the grain is mixed by a centrifugal force while separating from the bottom surface of a jar and a perforated hemisphere. CONSTITUTION: A fermentation device for grain comprises a jar(10), a perforated hemisphere(20) and a driving member(30). The perforated hemisphere is installed on the bottom surface inside of the jar, is formed in a hollow arch shape, and includes a plurality of penetration holes(23). The driving member comprises a motor(31), a rotation axis unit(37), and a rotator(39). The motor is installed to external of the jar. The rotation axis unit is installed inside of the jar and rotated by the motor. The rotator is installed on the rotation axis unit and rotates the perforated hemisphere. |
