PURPOSE: An apparatus for culturing bacteria and a plant using an LED light source is provided to prevent contamination during culture and to reduce labor and cost. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for culturing bacteria and a plant using an LED light source comprises: a substrate(110); an upper plate(120) on the substrate; and a plurality of support rods(130) which is vertically formed at the edge for supporting the supper plate. A cylindrical light source binding part(140) is protruded at the upper center portion for binding the LED light source(A) on the upper plate.
