PURPOSE: A compensating method for a cross rail deformation is provided to efficiently compensate for the deformation of a cross rail, which occurs by the weight of the cross rail, a saddle, and a spindle head, without using a hydraulic system. CONSTITUTION: A compensating method for a cross rail deformation comprises: a step of installing a reinforcing plate(20) in one or more sides of a cross rail(6); and a step of compensating for the deformation of the cross rail supported by both sides of a column while fixing the reinforcing plate in a longitudinal direction of the cross rail, and the reinforcing plate relatively moves depending on the deformation of the cross rail.
