PURPOSE: A TDMA MAC(Time Division Multiple Access Medium Access Control) method for single user, multiple users, multiple access, or multiple input multiple output wireless communication is provided to offer reverse compatibility with legacy devices. CONSTITUTION: A baseband processing module(64) generates an announcement or an arrangement frame for directly transmitting signals from a plurality of smart measuring stations according to TDMA signal transmission. The announcement or the arrangement frame divides the plurality of the smart measuring stations into a plurality of groups. The announcement or the arrangement frame display a plurality of service periods. Each group executes communication medium access for transmitting sensing data or measured data to one or more devices.
