PURPOSE: A polyurethane waterproofing agent is provided to obtain excellent physical property, have a low manufacturing cost, and reduce energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane waterproofing agent consists of a first liquid mixture which comprises 50-70 parts by weight of 2-methyl-1,3-propanediol, 20-30 parts by weight of methylene bis(N,N-dibutylaniline), and 10-20 parts by weight of1,2-bis-2-aminophenylthioethane based on 100.0 parts by weight of tetramethylxylene diisocyanate; and a second liquid mixture which comprises 70-80 parts by weight of 1,2,3-propanediol, 50-60 parts by weight 2-methyl-1,3-propanediol, 30-50 parts by weight of waste polyurethane micropowder, 1-2 parts by weight of chrome oxide, 1-2 parts by weight of chrome hydroxide, and 0.5-1 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene-based dispersant based on 100.0 parts by weight of 1,4- cyclohexanedimethanol. |
