PURPOSE: A parking fee charge system is provided to conveniently pay a parking fee for a visitor using a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An entrance camera(3) obtains an image by photographing a vehicle entering into a parking lot. A parking management server(4) receives an image from the entrance camera, detects a entering license plate number, and calculates a parking fee corresponding to the entering license plate number in a predetermined method. A plurality of POS terminals receives a license plate number from a customer, transmits the received license plate number data to the parking management server, receives parking fee data from the parking management server and pays a product cost and a parking fee.
