PURPOSE: A partition scheduling device in a manycore system and a method thereof are provided to efficiently use resources in real time by performing efficient partitioning according to priority for applications operated in the manycore system. CONSTITUTION: A partition queue(120) manages a partition scheduling event and a partition scheduler(130) includes a core map storing hardware information of cores. A partition manager(110) performs partition scheduling to the cores in response to the partition scheduling event by using the hardware information. The hardware information includes identification information of an application previously or currently allocated to the cores. If an application related to a first partition scheduling event is previously processed in a first core, the partition manager includes the first core in the first partition scheduling event to perform partition scheduling.
