PURPOSE: A power generating device for improving energy efficiency is provided to facilitate the installation and to reduce the maintenance cost. CONSTITUTION: A driving cab(11) and a passenger room(21) are arranged in a car main body(10). A car driving device(12) is mounted under one side of the driving cab. A pneumatic and hydraulic compressor(19) is mounted on one side of the car driving device. A power generator, where a motor and a pneumatic tire are attached, is connected to the end of a cylinder(18) by a flange.
