<p>PURPOSE: A high efficiency nail manufacturing system is provided to pressurize a nail head with a uniform pressure for sufficient hours, thereby manufacturing products with few defects and a long lifetime. CONSTITUTION: A high efficiency nail manufacturing system(1) comprises a clamping(4), a punching drum(8), multiple clamping jaws, multiple punching jaws, multiple clampers, an operating cam(45), a switching clip, a punch(5), a punching cam(95), a support band, a drive motor, and multiple power transmission units. The punch punches one end part of one side of a wire transferred to a punching position in order to form a nail head. The support band guides the wire to be transferred to the punching position.</p> |
