A method for ladle treatment which can improve cleanliness of molten steel by minimizing addition of oxygen and nitrogen into molten stainless steel in a ladle in a stainless steel-making process during injection of a coolant and various alloy irons, thereby reducing nitrogen absorption of molten steel and suppressing reoxidation of molten steel is provided. A method for ladle treatment comprises the steps of: descending an injection port(13a) of a supply pipe(13); injecting an inert gas into the supply pipe; and injecting alloy iron(A) into molten steel(31) in a ladle(21) through the supply pipe. The supply pipe injection port lowering step is performed by lowering the supply pipe injection port such that the injection port is spaced from the surface of molten steel as long as 300 to 500 mm. The inert gas injecting step is performed by injecting the inert gas into the supply pipe in an injection amount of 20 to 200 L/min to create an inert gas atmosphere in the supply pipe, and the alloy iron injecting step comprises blowing the inert gas into the bottom of the ladle such that the molten steel has a naked molten metal diameter of 400 to 800 mm.
|
