REAL TIME MONITORING SYSTEM OF SOIL AND GROUNDWATER ENVIRONMENT TO MINIMIZE POWER CONSUMPTION

PURPOSE: A real time monitoring system for the soil and underground water environment which minimizes power consumption is provided to supply collected data to a remote observation server in real time and to supply observation information of the soil and underground water through a portable terminal of an observed place, thereby checking the observation information in real time. CONSTITUTION: A situation observation sensor unit(10) observes soil and underground water states of an observed place and generates state information. An observed place monitoring unit(20) collects the state information; stores observed place information; and provides the state information and surrounding information. A remote monitoring server(30) manages the state information. The remote monitoring server provides the state information to each portable terminal(40).
