PURPOSE: A method for transmitting uplink control information in a TDD(Time Division Duplex) system and an apparatus for the same are provided to efficiently transmit control information and manage resources for transmitting control information. CONSTITUTION: A terminal aggregates multiple CC(Component Carrier)s(S1702). The terminal determines the number of HARQ-ACK(Hybrid Automatic Repeat request - Acknowledgement) bits for each CC(S1704). The terminal composes an HARQ-ACK payload including HARQ-ACK bits for each cell of multiple cells(S1706). The terminal transmits the HARQ-ACK payload to a base station through a PUSCH(Physical Uplink Control CHannel)(S1708).
