PURPOSE: A condensed cyclic compound is provided to offer an organic electroluminescence diode with long lifetime, high brightness, low voltage, and high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A condensed cyclic compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X1 is a C(R3)(R4), N(R5), S, or O; each of Ar1 and Ar2 is a substituted or unsubstituted C5-30 aryl group or substituted or unsubstituted C3-30 heteroaryl group; each of A and B is a divalent connecting group and is a substituted or unsubstituted C5-30 arylene group or substituted or unsubstituted C3-30 heteroarylene group; a is an integer from 0-3; two or more A can be the same or different from each other when a is 2 or more; b is an integer from 0-3; two or more B can be the same or different from each other when b is two or more.
