PURPOSE: An implant fixture is provided to prevent a first portion passing through a cortical bone from being inserted into only a spongy bone when inserting the fixture inside a bone tissue, thereby improving a fixing force for the fixture on the whole. CONSTITUTION: An implant fixture(10) comprises a first portion(20), a second portion(30), and a border part(40). The first portion is inserted into a bone tissue comprising a cortical bone and a spongy bone, and threads are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the first portion. The second portion on the first portion protrudes to the outside of the bone tissue, and is in contact with gingivae covering the bone tissue. The threads are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the second portion. The border part connects the first and the second portion. The top diameter of the first portion is smaller than the bottom diameter of the second portion so that the bottom of the second portion can be latched on the top of the bone tissue in order to prevent the bottom of the second portion from being inserted inside the bone tissue while the fixture is inserted into the bone tissue.
