PURPOSE: A decompression tester is provided to arrange a dispersion pipe where a heat transmission medium passes through in the inside of a chamber, thereby facilitating to control the temperature of the inside of the chamber in a vacuum state in a decompression test. CONSTITUTION: A decompression tester comprises a chamber(11), a vacuum pump(13), a dispersion pip3(15), a supply pipe(17), a circulating pump(19), and a control member(31). A test object product is arranged in the inside of the chamber. The vacuum pump is forcibly decompressed the inside of the chamber less than atmospheric pressure. The dispersion pipe is arranged in the inside of the chamber and a passage is formed in the inside of the dispersion pipe so that a heat transmission medium passes through. The supply pipe is connected to the dispersion pipe in order to supply the heat transmission medium to the dispersion pipe. The circulating pump is installed in the supply pipe. The control member drives the vacuum pump and the circulating pump. |
