PURPOSE: A recombinant influenza virus is provided to ensure hetero-subtypic immunity for using the virus as a vaccine, and to obtain a cheap influenza virus vaccine. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a recombinant influenza virus comprises a step of removing a HA1 region from surface protein HA of an influenza virus; and a step of inserting a PTD(Protein Transduction Domain) to the H1 region or a HA2 region. A vaccine contains the recombinant influenza virus.
