<p>The device has a cylinder (1) with two openings opposite with respect to each other. A lever (4) is equipped with a handle and a flat plate. The handle is placed at an end of the plate. An axle (5) is arranged to maintain the lever. Another axle is fixed perpendicularly to the former axle. One of the openings of the cylinder provides access to a finger for unscrewing a cap.
