PURPOSE: A specimen conveyance device is provided to selectively flow inactive gases such as nitrogen and argon into a device by using a filter and to simultaneously flow external gas into the device and discharge internal gas to the outside by using a compact and lightweight pump. CONSTITUTION: A specimen conveyance device comprises a main body(100), a cover member(230), a suction pipe(130), and an exhaust pipe(190). The main body is plate-shaped and internally forms a groove-shaped storage chamber. The cover member covers the main body. The suction pipe is installed inside the main body. The exhaust pipe is installed inside the main body.
