<p>The invention relates to a film-forming topical preparation with protective, regenerating and wound-healing effects and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the preparation comprises 25...50 g of bees wax, 5...10 g of cetaceum, 2.5...5 g of salve base, 7.3...14.6 g of olive oil, 0.425...0.85 g of zinc oxide, 0.120...0.240 g of lyophilizing phytocomplex of Equisetum arvense, Achillea millefolium, Hyssopus officinalis and Echinacea purpurea, 1...2 g of collagen hydrolysate of an average weight of 100...120000 Da, 0.232...0.262 g of tocopherol , 0.150...0.300 g of neomycin, 0.065...0.125 g of grapefruit seed extract, 0.05...0.1 g of lavender oil, 7.3...14.6 g of purified water. The process claimed by the invention consists, in a first stage, in mixing the aerial parts of dried and mechanically comminuted plants, the mixture being then subjected for 10 days to extraction in 50...70% ethanol, in a plant mixture : solvent ratio of 1:8, after which the resulting solution is filtered and concentrated at temperatures of 40...50°C under vacuum, is lyophilized and results in a phytocomplex as powder to be stored in sealed flasks at a temperature of 4°C, then, in a second stage, there is prepared a composition I consisting of bees wax, salve base and tocopherol whereto there is admixed a composition II consisting of pure water and zinc oxide, after which a composition III consisting of olive oil and neomycin sulphate is admixed thereto and, finally, there is admixed a composition IV consisting of collagen hydrolisate sterilized by filtration wherein the solubilized phytocomplex has been added, the four compositions are mixed together, then lavender oil and a natural preservative are admixed thereto, wherefrom there is obtained a preparation which is stored in containers at a temperature of 4°C.</p> |
