<p>The light shelter (101, 102, 103, 104) comprises a roof, a partition, a fixing unit (14, 15, 30a, 30b) placed at the rail to be welded and/or adjacent to the rail to be welded, and a light structure that is demountable and/or hingedly supports an impermeable and nonflammable fabric (10). The light shelter is integral with a track material and deploys from the track material. The fixing unit comprises a gripper rail, and a rigid support placed between the gripper rail and the light structure. The fabric comprises a sleeve on its outer face. The light shelter is fixed to the rail with the passage oriented with side tracks, sides of track spacings and upstream or downstream of tracks comprising the rail to be welded, and is adapted to withstand the blast caused by the passage of a train on the track when the shelter is fixed to the rail.
