PURPOSE: A device for collecting oil draining from main spindle of a machine tool is provided to easily collect the oil which is discharged from crack of the main spindle and to prevent quality of processing product from degrading by falling down oil. CONSTITUTION: A device for collecting oil draining from main spindle of a machine tool comprises an oil receiver cap(10), a rotary cap(20), an oil collecting channel, an air flow channel, an oil discharging pipe, and a venturi tube. The oil receiver cap is formed in order to close to the rotary cap and guides the oil to the oil receiver cap. The oil receiver cap comprises an oil chamber which stores the oil discharged through an oil outflow channel. The stored oil is discharged to the oil discharging pipe(31). The venturi tube compulsively discharges the oil using pressure difference.
