<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding type spline shaft device and a method of manufacturing the same, capable of installing a stopper without arranging a flange part in a first shaft member. <P>SOLUTION: The stopper 30 is inserted from a first opening part 12b of the first shaft member 10 ahead of a second shaft member 20, and is arranged in a void part 12c by passing in the axial direction through a groove part of a female spline 12a. In the void part 12c, the stopper 30 is rotated around the axis orthogonal to the axis of the first shaft member 10, and the stopper 30 is put in a state of engaging in the axial direction with the female spline 12a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
