<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a manufacturing cost of a connector while reducing operation force needed for connector fitting. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a connector fitting jig 30 for fitting connectors C1 and C2 to each other. The jig 30 includes a case member 40, and a cam member 31 arranged inside the case member. The cam member 31 includes a cam projection 34 being engaged with the case member 40, a shaft groove 36 having a shape capable of being detachably attached to a support shaft part 14 of a housing 10, and a cam part 32 capable of being engaged with a cam shaft 24 of a housing 20. When the cam member is operated to relatively move in a connector fitting direction, the shaft groove 36 is attached to the support shaft part 14 of the housing 10 and the cam part 32 is engaged with the cam shaft 24 of the housing 20 to fit the connectors C1 and C2 to each other with fitting force larger than the operation force, and when the cam member is operated to relatively move in a direction opposite to the connector fitting direction after the fitting, the cam part 32 and the shaft groove 36 are separated from the cam shaft 24 and the support shaft part 14, respectively, while maintaining the fitting state of both connectors C1 and C2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
