596922 Thiophene analogues for the treatment or prevention of Flavivirus infections Disclosed are compounds of Formula (IA) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. A composition comprising these compounds, pegylated interferon-alpha and ribavirin is also disclosed. Use of the composition for treating hepatitis C viral infection and intermediates for the synthesis of compounds of formula (IA) is also disclosed.
