PURPOSE: A back-panel for a curtain wall and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by simplifying a manufacturing process and to minimize the loss of materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a back-panel for a curtain wall comprises the following steps: cutting surface materials(1,1') which are made of a color steel plate or aluminum sheet; attaching a protective film(F) in order to prevent a urethane foam raw material from leaking to the surface material; continuously injecting the surface material to the production line; producing and integrating the urethane foam raw material by foaming, molding, and hardening; and cutting the molded back-panel(P) into a desired length.
