PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chimeric molecules comprising a receptor activator of NF-κB ligand (RANKL) antibody-parathyroid hormone/parathyroid hormone-related protein (PTH/PTHrP).

SOLUTION: The RANKL antibody-PTH/PTHrP chimeric molecules comprise antibodies that bind RANKL and PTH/PTHrP peptides. The antibody comprises one or more human complementarity determining regions (CDRs) and one or more framework regions and/or constant regions from species other than human. Compositions and methods for the treatment of bone diseases are also described.
