<p>PURPOSE: A complex electrolysis disinfection device and a method thereof are provided to remove foreign materials and bacteria attached on the surface of disinfection objects. CONSTITUTION: A complex electrolysis disinfection device comprises a salt water reservoir(1), an electrolysis module(2), a ventury ejector(4), a micro bubble device(5), and a residual chlorine monitoring device(6). The ventury ejector produces diluted sodium hypochlorite solution, which passed through a flash chamber(7), by mixing raw water which is continuously provided through a supply line(10). The micro bubble device is composed of a gas inlet(51), a pressing pump(52), and a micro bubble generating unit(53). The residual chlorine monitoring device is installed between a backend of the venturi ejector and a front end of the micro bubble generator.
