<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional CAD data creation system and a three-dimensional CAD data creation method capable of easily synthesizing plural pieces of three-dimensional point group data without disposing a target. <P>SOLUTION: A three-dimensional CAD data creation system includes: a shape measurement device 2 for measuring, at plural measurement positions, surface shapes of an object O to be measured and three-dimensional point group data PG1, PG2 indicating at least three reference planes RF1, RF2, RF3 having mutually different directions; a synthesis device 3 for arranging and synthesizing the three reference planes RF1, RF2, RF3 on a substantially identical plane for the plural pieces of three-dimensional point group data PG1, PG2 to create synthesis point group data CPG; and a three-dimensional CAD data creation device 5 for creating three-dimensional CAD data of the object O to be measured from the synthesis point group data CPG. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
