Disclosed is an organic DL panel wherein an organic DL element constituted by forming in this order at least an anode, light emitting layer, and cathode on a support substrate is sealed by an insulating sealing member through an insulating adhesive layer provided on the cathode. A conductive member for the anode that contacts the anode is provided at part of the end of the insulating adhesive layer and covers this end. A conductive member for the cathode that contacts the cathode is provided ata different part of the end of the insulating adhesive layer to that where the conductive member for the anode is provided and covers this end. The anode is supplied with power through the conductive member for the anode and the cathode is supplied with power through the conductive member for the cathode.
