The purpose of the present invention is to provide a nail decoration seal by which a very delicate decoration can be made and which is suitable for small-sized production and can be easily produced. The nail decoration seal comprises: an ink non-permeable and flexible film (10); a decoration layer (20) which is three-dimensionally formed on the upper surface of the film (10) with a UV printer; a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (30) which is coated on the lower surface of the film (10); and a release sheet (40) which is bonded to the lower surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (30). As the film (10), a laminate film formed of a vinyl chloride resin is preferably used.
