The present invention includes a laundry-resistant fabric, as well as method and system for manufacturing such fabric. The method includes, for example, scorching short threads on a surface of a fabric; and treating the fabric in a mixture which comprises an anti-crease material. The scorching is performed, for example, by using a flames generator or other suitable unit. The treating may further include treating the fabric with a silicone-based hydrophilic material, mixed together with the anti-crease material.
