<p>Disclosed is a revolving bed retort for increasing tar yield of coal carbonization by activating an endogenous pyrolysis gas, wherein a recirculation air blower (12) is provided between a suspended space (3) in the revolving retort bottom (2) in the revolving bed retort and a retort chamber space above the revolving retort bottom (2), with the recirculation air blower (12) being provided at an inlet port thereof with a catalyst module (10) and an oxidant inlet (9). Also provided is a method for increasing tar yield of coal carbonization by using the revolving bed retort, wherein an endogenous pyrolysis gas from minerals themselves in the retort is activated under the effect of the recirculation air blower (12) and the action of an oxidant and a catalyst, and after activation, undergoes a pyrolysis reaction with raw coal. The pyrolysis gas produced from the reaction is cooled down, to form semicoke, tar, and coal gas as pyrolysis products. By means of the method, components, such as methane etc., in the activated endogenous pyrolysis gas can be utilized to combine with macromolecular radicals produced in the pyrolysis of raw coal, so as to increase the tar yield of raw coal pyrolysis.</p> |
