An organizer uses software to define a conference or meeting to take place at a physical meeting location, and to include a list of attendees. The attendees can receive the meeting information, including the location and attendee list, via handheld wireless devices. Also via their handheld wireless devices, the attendees can link to and display pages associated with other attendees, send and receive messages to and from one another, arrange further on-site or offsite meetings, and share various types of personal and business information. |
