The arrangement has a reinforcing layer cut part comprising corner regions (24, 25) opposite to each other at a connection region (19) that encloses a vent aperture and a flow aperture (13) in a plane of a gas bag fabric (10). First and second triangular edges (14, 15) of a triangular reinforcing layer (12) are connected with each other such that the corner regions are lifted outside of the connection region and over the flow aperture in a tent-shape. A discharge opening for gas discharged from the vent aperture is formed at a third triangular edge (16) of the reinforcing layer.
