Provided are a method for evaluating adherent cells in an environment close to the in vivo environment by a culture method similar to two-dimensional culture, and the use thereof. In the adherent cell culture method, a container having a surface water contact angle of 45° or less in which are arranged two or more culture spaces (11), the equivalent diameter (D) of which is from one to five times the diameter of desired spheroids and the height (H) of which is from 0.3 to five times this equivalent diameter, is used as a culture container (10). Spheroids of adherent cells are cultured in each of the plurality of culture spaces (11) arranged in the culture container (10). |
