PURPOSE: A padding clothes and bedding is provided to prevent the falling out of a padding clothes and bedding and to be semi-permanently fixed by a permanent wave method. CONSTITUTION: A padding clothes and bedding using bird feathers as filler is semi-permanently fixed to a structure winded by a permanent wave method.
