PURPOSE: A steering column for a vehicle is provided to improve the performance of the steering column by continuously absorbing second collision energy, and to reduce costs and components. CONSTITUTION: A steering column(300) for a vehicle comprises an outer tube(340), a distance bracket(350), an inner tube(330), and a tilt bolt(370). The outer tube comprises one or more slits in which the one end is opened. The distance bracket has a curved part coupled to the outer surface of the outer tube and one or more ribs. The inner tube has a guide hole formed in a location corresponding to a slot hole. The tilt bolt is coupled to both ends of the distance bracket and has a tilt long hole. |
