PURPOSE: A vehicle sensing apparatus including a lead wire bracket and a constructing method thereof are provided to prevent the distortion of an electric signal for sensing a vehicle by preventing a lead wire from being moved due to vibration or a load. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle sensing apparatus includes at least two loop coil(200) and a lead wire bracket(100). The lead wire bracket forms a lead wire receiving space(110). The lead wire receiving space separates and receives the lead wires of the loop coils. The lead wire bracket includes a third body and a braid inducing unit. A third body forms the lead wire receiving space. An inlet is formed in the third body. The braid hole is formed in the braid inducing unit and induces the braiding of the lead wire.
