PURPOSE: A selective catalytic reduction reactor is provided to not need the unnecessary installation of a catalyst layer, thereby having a simple structure and reducing cost. CONSTITUTION: A selective catalytic reduction reactor(20) comprises an outer container(21) for removing nitrogen oxide in an exhaust gas and a catalyst layer(22) in the inside of the outer container. When exhaust gas passes through a catalyst layer, in order for particle materials in the exhaust gas to have a uniform flow distribution without polluting the catalyst layer, a chamber equipped with a horizontal blocking film(23) and a vertical blocking film(24) are formed in the outer container. The chamber is connected to an inlet part. The upper part of the upper chamber is formed to dome type. In order for exhaust gas to move along the vertical blocking film to the upper chamber, The position of the inlet part of the outer container is lower than the position of the catalyst layer.
