<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system wherein security of information of an information communication device is maintained. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The information communication system 10 has the information communication device 100 and a cellphone 500. The information communication device 100 includes: USB (Universal Serial Bus) ports 110, 112, 114, 116; a USB monitoring part 120 for monitoring a physical, logical, or electrical connection state of an apparatus in each USB port; a decision part 122 for detecting presence/absence of a change of the connection state in each USB port; an internal state transmission part 124 for transmitting a signal showing the connection state to the cellphone 500; an infrared port 130; a mail analysis part 132 for analyzing an instruction sent from the cellphone 500; and a USB control part 134 for controlling logical connection in each USB port based on the instruction.
