PURPOSE: A reflecting sheet and a liquid crystal display device including the same are provided to prevent wrinkles by using a support layer having holes. CONSTITUTION: A reflecting sheet(242) is arranged in a cover bottom(270). The reflecting sheet includes a support layer(242a), a reflecting layer(242b), and a protection layer(242c). The reflecting layer reflects the light emitted from a light guide plate to a liquid crystal panel. The support layer is positioned in the lower part of the reflecting layer. The support layer includes holes.
