PURPOSE: A heating wire automatic alignment supply unit for an electric mat is provided to implement automation of a process by automatically aligning a heating wire to a guide roll of a support shaft in a zigzag shape. CONSTITUTION: A body unit(10) is elevated and descended by an elevation cylinder(5). A support shaft(20) is equidistantly installed in both sides of the body unit according to the longitudinal direction. A sprocket(21) is rotatably installed in the upper part of the respective support shaft to be the same height. A guide roll(27) is rotatably installed in the lower part of the respective support shaft to be the same height. A heating wire guide tool winds heating wire in a left right zigzag shape. |
