PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a make-up removing sheet with the excellent removability of powder and fibers, etc., which is gentle to the skin without burdening it. SOLUTION: For this make-up removing sheet, an adhesive material is applied to a supporting body, and by pressing it against the skin and peeling it off, solid materials such as the powder and the fibers in make-up cosmetics applied to the skin are adhered to the adhesive material and removed. Also, a plurality of the make-up removing sheets are piled up and the sheet on a lower side covers the adhesive material applied to the lower surface of the sheet on an upper side as a liner respectively. Also, the supporting body is transparent or translucent. The adhesive strength of the make-up removing sheet is within the range of 0.1-1N.
