Novelty: wall of controlled thickness composed of reinforced concrete and hollow steel sections of orthogonal cross section (RHS) (1A) or &Pgr; cross-section rods (UPN)(1B) used as verticals. The hollow steel sections 1A or the rods 1B are spaced out at α distance, the horizontal reinforcement 4 is adapted into the holes of the verticals while the vertical reinforcement rods 5 are spaced out at &bgr;/3 distance between said verticals. The wall is calked via entrapment angle bars 2 and calking hooks 7 on the foundations 8. After completion of the metal framework construction and installation of the electric, hydraulic and drainage networks, the thus-constructed wall is molded with BETOFORM-type birch plywood stripes reinforced with angle bars and screwed via self-drilling screws onto the verticals 1A, 1B. After completion of the whole process, the wall is concreted; in the sequel, in internal walls, the wooden mould is removed and the wall subjected to plastering and dying process. In the case of external walls, these last will be first plastered or coated before being dyed. |
