PURPOSE: A wheel cylinder and a drum brake with the same are provided to enable to effectively reduce the manufacturing costs of the wheel cylinder as the number of pistons and parts required for installing the pistons are reduced. CONSTITUTION: A wheel cylinder(50) comprises a piston(80) and a cylinder(90). The piston pressurizes a first brake shoe to be operated outwardly. The cylinder receives the piston to be moved back and forth and is installed to be slid in an operational direction towards one end portion of a second brake shoe, thereby pressurizing the second brake shoe to be operated outwardly by being interlocked with the movement of the piston.
