PURPOSE: A load device for measuring a output characteristic of a solar battery and a measuring method thereof are provided to stably and accurately measure the output characteristic of the solar battery by equally distributing currents flowing in each FET(Field Effect Transistor). CONSTITUTION: One or more FETs(102-1~102~n) are connected in parallel. An ADC(Analog to Digital Converter)(104) performs AD conversion to current data measured by a current detector(112). The ADC inputs the converted current data into an MPU(Micro Processor Unit)(106). The MPU controls currents flowing in the FETs based on the converted current data.
