PURPOSE: A crystallization biodegradable resin is provided to improve mechanical strength and heat resistance by stably maintaining polymer bonds of a biodegradable resin. CONSTITUTION: A crystallization biodegradable resin comprises 3-10 wt% of an acid-treated inorganic acid by an acid-based organic solvent, and 90-97 wt% of a biodegradable resin. A manufacturing method for a crystallization biodegradable resin comprises: a step of adding inorganic material powder into a dispersant, mixing, and stirring the materials; a step of mixing the biodegradable resin and the mixture, and stirring the mixture; a step of pelletizing the mixture and extruding the pellet. The dispersant is formed of an acid-based organic solvent, and is that the inorganic material is acid-treated.
