A RICE CAKE MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION METHOD

PURPOSE: A packing and supplying method are provided to extend the shelf life of the rice cake effectively and to maintain the taste and the savor as it is during extended shelf life. CONSTITUTION: The production and distribution method of the rice cake comprises the first distribution step which supplies in a state in which the first packing container, which is sealed after filling nitrogen gas, is wrapped in the second packing container, which is prepared allowing moisture to pass, to shops and the second distribution step which supplies to customers by post-processing the withdrawn rice cake from the first and the second packing container in a state in which a double boiler heating is complete. The rice cake is packed in the first packing container by a packing apparatus for nitrogen gas supply(100) in the first distribution step and the packing apparatus for nitrogen gas supply includes a nitrogen gas supply unit(110) which is prepared to supply nitrogen gas to the rice cake for the first time and a nitrogen gas packing unit(120) which packs the rice cake, which has been through the nitrogen gas supply unit, to be sealed in the first packing container in the atmosphere of nitrogen gas. The nitrogen gas supply unit is equipped with a rice cake inserting hole(111a) and a rice cake discharging hole(111b) and includes a rice cake conveying passage(111) which is prepared to supply nitrogen gas inside; and the first conveyor belt(112) which is prepared to run through the inside of the rice cake conveying passage to transfer the rice cake inserted from the rice cake inserting hole to the rice cake discharging hole. The first packing container(10) includes a container part(11) which is open to upper part and a film type lid which is prepared to seal the opening of the container part.
